Guided flows, modelled as a graph

Bonsai Studio is a small, independent team building operational software — the unglamorous systems that quietly run warehouses, inventory and fulfilment. We care about the parts most software skips: the edge cases, the recovery paths, the 4pm-on-peak-day reality of the people who use it.
We're building toward a family of products that share one spine of infrastructure and craft. Today that means Bonsai WMS. Tomorrow it means more branches from the same root — each one starting further along because of the last.

Calm software
Operational tools should lower the heart rate of the people using them. We design for the warehouse floor at 4pm on the busiest day of the year — clear, quiet, unhurried.
